Unlimited Consultations
We are always available to spend time with you so you fully understand how to interpret and utilize the financial information we provide. Our consultations are already included in our price, so please feel free to call us whenever you have a question or concern.
You can work with us in different settings depending on your needs. Whether you prefer the traditional or a combination of the two, we can adapt to fit the client business model.
1. We can pickup/drop off your QuickBooks™ Data File so we can work with it.
2. We can Webex to your remote desktop and work on your data file during a scheduled session with you.
3. We can visit your premises and work with your QuickBooks™ Data File in the traditional way and take back an accountant copy for our virtual accountant to review with you.
4. We can access QuickBooks™ Online as your virtual Accountant and work with you on a daily basis.
5. You can access QuickBooks™ Enterprise Solution from our Terminal Server and as our client you be able to access anytime.
The data can be captured and entered into QuickBooks™ in several different ways so we can provide you with timely reports and bank reconciliation statements. We can download, sales orders from your e-commerce shopping cart, credit card and bank transactions from our office into QuickBooks™ for you or you could do it and code up and send us the file back for us to work on it.
We can access your computer and do the downloads ourself leaving the data file resident on your own network. We create invoices and write checks against bills and Fedex them to you in exchange for other PDF scanned documents necessary to complete the next billing/invoicing cycle.
